The XH-W3001 12V Temperature Controller uses a high precision temperature probe to manage two working modes, heating and cooling. It is  ideal for small, self-powered DC applications (battery or solar-powered) with cooling fans and small heating lamps or resistors (120W max).

  • Automatic switch between heating and cooling
  • Wide operating temperature range (-50℃ to +110℃) with 0.1℃ control accuracy
  • NTC10K temperature probe is made of stainless steel (works in gas and fluids)

XH-WH3001 Operating Manual

Calibrate the XH-WH3001 temperature sensor

This step is necessary if the unit is showing a temperature reading that is inaccurate:

  • Press the "up" and "down" buttons simultaneously once to display the temperature offset ("0.0"  initially) - it should be blinking
  • Adjust the temperature offset by using the "up"/"down" buttons while it is blinking
  • Don't touch anything for about 3 seconds: the blinking temperature offset disappears and the unit shows the adjusted, post calibration temperature reading of the sensor

Set the startup temperature

  • Press the "up" button once to display the startup temperature
  • Press and hold the "up" button for about 3 seconds: the startup temperature will start flashing and you can adjust it by using the "up"/"down" buttons

Set the target temperature

  • Press the "down" button once to display the target temperature
  • Press and hold the "down" button for about 3 seconds: the target temperature will start flashing and you can adjust it by using the "up"/"down" buttons

Heating mode example: keep temperature between 34℃ and 38℃

  • Startup temperature: 34℃
  • Target temperature: 38℃

Cooling mode example: keep temperature between 22℃ and 25℃

  • Startup temperature: 25℃
  • Target temperature: 22℃

Restore factory settings

  • Press and hold both the "up" and "down" buttons at the same time: the display will show "888" and then measure the current temperature => the temperature controller has now been reset to its factory settings.
