Our Straight Barbed Connectors for 4/7mm micro tubing offer an ideal solution for drip irrigation systems. These connectors are specifically designed to link two sections of 4/7mm micro irrigation tubing, allowing you to splice and extend your drip irrigation setup seamlessly.

Installation steps
1. Preparation:

Gather all necessary materials: 4/7mm micro tube, Straight Barbed Connectors, and a pair of sharp scissors or tubing cutters.

Ensure the micro tube is clean and free of debris.
2. Cut the Tubing:

Measure and cut the micro tube to the desired lengths using the scissors or tubing cutter.

Ensure the cuts are straight and clean to facilitate a secure connection.
3. Connect the Tubing:

Take one piece of the cut micro tube and firmly insert one end onto one of the barbed ends of the Straight Barbed Connector.

Repeat this process for the other end, ensuring all connections are tight and secure.
4. Installation:

Place the connected tubing in the desired layout

Ensure the tubing is positioned close to the plant roots for optimal water delivery.
5. Test the System:

Turn on the water supply to the drip irrigation system.

Check all connections for leaks and ensure water is flowing evenly through the tubing.
6. Adjustments:

If any leaks are detected, turn off the water supply and re-secure the tubing onto the barbed connectors.

Make any necessary adjustments to the layout to ensure all plants receive adequate water.

If necessary use zip-ties to secure Tee Barbed Connectors to loose fitting micro tube.
